Welcome back to the 2019-20 school year and a Happy Labor Day Weekend to all of our MITA members. In the Spirit of Labor Day, let's all remember as we start the year that we are stronger together. Whatever our differences, we have so much more in common as professionals.
I want to wish you all a smooth start, and remind you that MITA is here for you if you have any questions / concerns as you begin the year.
Your MITA officers were happy to welcome 43 new MITA members at Orientation this week. Our first Meet & Greet of the year is scheduled for Friday, October 4th, 2:30 - 5:30 PM at Don Quijote in Miller Place. Please save the date and be there if you can. It is a great chance to meet your MITA representatives and colleagues! These events have been so much fun since we started hosting them last year. There will be tons of food, and your first drink is on us!
