Hello MITA Members! I am pleased to let you know that MITA has scheduled 4 dates with Feldman Kramer & Monaco in order to allow members to meet with their attorneys and complete their WILLS / POWER OF ATTY / HEALTHCARE PROXY all FREE included in our plan! Spouses are included!
So here is how this will work:
The attorneys will be here at the MITA office in our large conference room on Thursday June 13th, Friday June 14th, Monday June 17th and Tues. June 18th, from 2:15 - 6PM each day. The appointments will be scheduled in 15 minute windows. BEFORE you arrive, please print out and complete the Legal Service Plan "Legal Security Package" questionnaire and bring it with you to your appointment. Having this filled out completely is the reason these appointments are able to be only 15 min. You will be contacted after if there is additional need for anything else.

Because the 17th and 18th are testing days on the secondary level, and in light of the fact that the appointment duration is 15 min., there may be time for some members to come over on lunch breaks EARLIER than 2:15. Please let Mandy know if this applies to you so that we can arrange earlier appointments starting as early as 10am on the 17th and 18th.
We can add more attorneys to be here on these days as needed to meet the demand so please reply asap to Mandy if you are interested!
