We had our first FREE WILL WRITING DAYS at the MITA office using our new Group Access Legal Plan. Attorneys from Feldman, Kramer & Monaco were at MITA this past Thursday, Friday and Monday met with our members and gathered the information to prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Proxys and more!
They took back the info and will prepare the documents, which are mailed out in 4-5 weeks. Upon review and any edits being completed, they will need to be SIGNED, so we are scheduling a SIGNING DAY here at the MITA office when the attorneys will be back to sign your completed papers. We are also scheduling another WILL WRITING DAY for anyone who may have missed it and wants to prepare a will.
There is NO COST for any of these services. If your situation requires some additional steps, they will discuss that with you, but the basic package is FREE and included in our plan for all members.
The following dates have been scheduled for Consult/Signing days at MITA offices.
Monday, July 22nd - Consult/Will Day - 15 minute appointments from 9:00am - 2:00pm
Monday, July 29th - Signing Day - 20 minute appointments from 9:00am - 2:00pm
Monday, August 12 - Signing Day - 20 minute appointments from 9:00am - 2:00pm
