The NYSUT Group Access Legal Service Plan will be effective for MITA members as of May 1st, 2019. Building representatives will have information to distribute to everyone on Tues April 9th. Services are provided by the National Legal Office of Feldman, Kramer & Monaco P.C. The plan provides participants with access to attorneys who will answer legal questions, write letters and review documents relating to personal legal matters. The plan covers spouses or domestic partners living with the plan participant, unmarried dependent children under the age of 19 (or under the age of 25 if the child is wholly dependent upon the Plan participant for support and maintenance, and is enrolled as a full time student); and dependent parents.
