MITA forwarded yesterday's Voting Law Memo from the district to NYSUT Legal. Bottom line: a retraction is reportedly being issued because that memo is in violation of the law, so anyone wishing to NOTIFY (not request) the district of their need for time on Tuesday should do so by Friday- 2 working days notice. If you notify and get denied please let us know.
